The growth began with Venus Metal & Steel Corporation, a trading company. Over time the Group saw a rapidly developing post-independence nation, hungry for development and grew its operations to facilitate the customer needs. It Ventured into mining for construction materials via Kavee Quarries Limited then Corrugated Sheets Limited and Standard Rolling Mills to cater for Steel construction materials and finally Mombasa Cement to provide quality cement for the region.
