O CUISINE is a female-owned and operated culinary studio in New York City. Created and lead by chef Anne Margaret O’Hare, O CUISINE is a multi-service venue providing private dining space, cooking classes, boutique catering, and private chef services. Catering and private chef menus are heavily influenced by Chef O’Hare’s experiences in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout France and the Basque Country. Our ingredients are locally sourced prioritizing organics. O CUISINE works closely with small farms in the Hudson Valley and New Jersey to provide produce and meat that is sustainably harvested and raised.
