oDADA is a New York City-based real estate advisory and consultancy firm servicing property owners, real estate developers + investors, and non-profit institutions with financial modeling, architectural visioning, and planning + impact analysis. We focus on supporting developers and property owners on catalytic projects. oDADA Ventures globally-focused value-add real estate investment and development firm focused on delivering high-yield and catalytic investments to investors and the communities we are involved. Based out of New York City, we are focused on acquiring multi-family, mixed-use, and community-driven properties in/around the Tri-State, and is prototyping a number of property tech concepts that can be realized as scale in developing foreign markets. We evaluate projects across social and environmental aspects.
