O-Flexx Technologies war ein deutsches Tech-Start-up, das sich zwischen 2006 und 2017 als VC-finanziertes SME der Entwicklung von innovativen thermoelektrischen Generatoren auf Basis von Dünnschichttechnologie gewidmet hat. Das Unternehmen wurde im Jahr 2017 von Mahle übernommen.
Dem Team von O-Flexx Technologies ist es als erstem Thermoelektrik-Unternehmen weltweit gelungen, einen dauerfesten Generator zu entwickeln, der sowohl auf der Heiß- wie auch auf der Kaltseite angelötet werden konnte.
O-Flexx wurde u.a. 2014 auf dem European Cleantech-Forum der Cleantech Group als "Most Promising Technology" ausgezeichnet.
