O+H Architecture & Design Group was established as a collaboration between friends & colleagues who aspired to create a better work environment for themselves, their employees, and clients by abandoning the “live to work” mentality and focusing on a more fluid “Work-Life Circle” of rest, rejuvenation, activation (aka “work”), and community engagement. •O+H Design doesn’t subscribe to a “one size fits all” design approach. •We empower our employees to tailor the design & construction process to the needs of each individual client. •We encourage full disconnection from work-related phone-calls and e-mails during personal time, allowing our employees to actively serve their families and the communities in which they live & work. •We don’t believe in impersonal, lengthy mission statements. •We believe Architecture should be: Approachable.
