From engineered retaining walls (soldier pile, concrete, gravity block, hybrid, etc) and land slide repairs, to structural beams and decks, foundation and drainage installations and repairs/solutions (and now all playground installation and recreation!!), we have over 40 years of combined experience in construction. Tackling some of the most difficult protects, from treacherous hillside foundation and drainage re-builds/repairs, to structural buildings and decks, excavation, retaining walls, and foundations. While working hand in hand with engineering and geotechnical firms, sometimes designing protects entirely in house, we have taken care of residential and commercial clients, public works, schools, and even local utility and transportation agencies (Marin Municipal Water District and Cal-Trans to name a few). Our firm is focused on building for the future, as we continually adapt new tools and technology into our business processes. We leverage our long history of success, building on our experience, as we take on new challenges and find ways to introduce our clients to new designs, materials, and approaches to construction. We are proud of our track record, delivering our client's projects on time and within budget. We strive to provide highly accurate work scopes and estimates, calling out any and all potential issues that could jeopardize the budget and longevity of the work itself (many times calling out issues outside the scope of work, where most contractors would fall short). Our belief is that all protects should be treated as if the property/agency was ours, and always leaving all areas better than when we found them. Centrally located (Alameda), we do service nearly all of the San Francisco Bay Area, but stay primarily in Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano Counties.
