Oak Leaf Manor Communities are owned and operated by Charles and Fran Lefever and their daughters Lynette and Alexis Trout. A family tradition of caring since 1987, Oak Leaf Manor makes a beautiful impression on its residents and visitors with its just renovated, crisp and attractive welcoming facilities. For convenience their quality personal care is provided in Millersville (across from Elizabeth Martin Elementary School) and in Landisville (just west of Centerville Road). The Lefever and Trout families believe in being community service minded and in being a valuable resource and information center for area seniors and their families. Recently they launched a new website for those who have Alzheimer’s concerns: CopeWithAlzheimers.com. In October they will open their second 40 bed memory support care unit; Friendship Place at their Millersville location.
