Oak Specialist Services specialises in providing new-build facades, green retrofit and cladding remediation, passive fire protection and fire maintenance, as well as risk assessments and building fabric surveys. We also have many years experience in drylining, partitions, ceilings and SFS. Oak Specialist Services, based in Uxbridge, was originally formed in 2005 by founding Director Chris Vladar whose experience in the construction industry spans the last 30 plus years. Chris is Managing Director for the Oak business, which includes the Oak Fire Protection and Oak Facades brands. Oak Facades, part of the Oak Specialist Services group of companies, can undertake cladding fire remedial works to all buildings with non-compliant façade materials as well as new build façade projects, all over the UK. We have an experienced team heading up the Facades division, from the head office in Uxbridge, who have a wide range of knowledge gathered over a number of years in both subcontracting and principal contracting. Ben Wilson our Operations Director and Daren Newton our Facades Director have between them over 40 years’ experience in the industry and have skills ranging across the whole envelope of the building. Oak Facades work with highly trained designers and installation teams, and pride ourselves on delivering excellence on challenging schemes that form the core of our projects. Oak Fire Protection, based in Romford, Essex operates as a subsidiary of Oak Specialist Services. Oak Fire Protection, headed up by Bill Bishop our Operations Director, specialises in all aspects of passive fire protection and can undertake any size project all over the UK. Our experienced and fully trained operatives use the latest products and application techniques required to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We are members of the FIRAS, IFC and ASFP accreditation schemes, as well as being accredited with BM Trada Q-Mark certification for the installation and maintenanc
