Oakdale Securities is a private Venture Capital and Capital Management group with a forte for digital startups and real estate.
The group was originally established to house the collective Australian Venture Capital investments of a group of family offices and has grown into an exciting boutique investment brand. The founders have various backgrounds with strong focus on legal and financial compliance, audit, banking, project management and property, as well as all having been involved with various technology businesses over the years.

Business Investment
Oakdale Securities makes investments early at Seed Stage with ongoing investment in later rounds when businesses successfully achieve their goals.
We provide knowledge capital and a vast international network and access to advisors, with exceptional relationships in place with partners in Australia, across South East Asia and Europe.
Real Estate and Development Investment
Oakdale Securities makes investments on behalf of funds, individuals, family offices and other groups into real property as well as development projects.
When considering real property opportunities, the group favours boutique commercial property holdings such as group medical facilities, group retail and inner city buildings. Bare dominium scenarios will be considered. Equity investment into development projects is on a case by case basis but at Oakdale we consider residential or mixed-use as our preferred development segments.
Oakdale Securities is also in a position to assist developers raise funding for their projects via our network as well as through the provision of services.
