Founded in 2023, Oakfold Developments is a specialist land development business, with extensive experience in taking sites from greenfield to consented developments, realising significant value uplift for landowners. Our entrepreneurial team consists of property, planning and development professionals who have in-depth knowledge of land, agriculture, and the planning system. The UK has a significant shortage of social homes to meet current demand. Over 1.2 million households are on the waiting list for social homes in England, while almost 100,000 households are living in temporary accommodation, including 120,710 children. Councils spent £1.6 billion on temporary accommodation in 2021-22 alone. Oakfold Developments has been formed to help alleviate some of the pressures felt by councils and households alike, whilst creating financial opportunities for landowners.
