Oaktower Partnership is an independent corporate advisory business. Our activities cover the full suite of advice to our clients related to corporate finance and Merger & Acquisition (M&A) pursuits. Oaktower was established in November 2005 and is owned and operated by its executive directors.
Oaktower is has consolidated its niche as lead financial advisers to Australian organisations including privately-owned and stock exchange listed companies, private equity managers, private companies and mid market public companies.
The Oaktower team have advised on over 40 completed transactions since our inception in November 2005 which comprise traditional acquisitions and divestments as well as creatively designed and constructed joint ventures, capital raisings, re-finances and management agreements. We have advised on transactions with a combined value exceeding $4.5bn and have raised debt as part of these transactions of over $2bn.
