Oasis Group, a family-owned enterprise founded by Huseni Rangoonwala, spans three generations. Established in 1974 as Oasis Instruments Company in Kolkata, it initially specialized in process instruments like Pressure Gauges and Dial Thermometers. In 1998, the company expanded to Hyderabad, fully relocating there in 2016. Over time, its portfolio grew to include a wide range of industrial instruments and sensors. In 2009, Oasis diversified into pneumatic automation by launching Oasis Valves & Pneumatics. Registered with MSME and ISO-9001 certified, this branch specialises in pneumatic and electric valve automation, operating from its facility in Telangana's Genome Valley. The group also has two associate companies: Lucent Industrial Solutions, catering to the Middle East and surrounding markets, and Lambert Analytics Technology, specialising in software, AI, ML, and cloud computing.
