This is the official Linkedin page of OBAT Canada, a Canadian volunteer-driven charity that invests in humanity by providing opportunities for prosperity for the needy, so that they can be empowered to lift themselves out of poverty, improve gender equality, and create a better future for themselves and their children. Founded in 2017, we received charitable status as of January 1, 2018.
Our primary focus is locally in Canada as well as in South Asia, a region where a substantial portion of the population lives below the international poverty line and face significant challenges around female illiteracy and child mortality.
