Ms. Obbagy has 25-year track record as a successful emerging market executive. I have worked around the world and across many industrial sectors to assist organizations navigate changing environments to increase business performance. Ms. Obbagy launched her career at Arthur D. Little, Inc., a global management consulting company. She served as a P&L manager and provided an expanding group of board members and executives of Fortune 500 companies with data driven insights about navigating the business value of environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. As part of the company’s acquisition process, Ms. Obbagy worked with a private equity firm to successfully transition the operations to a new business owner. Following the acquisition, Ms. Obbagy led business units at other companies and for many years reported directly to a CEO. As a client facing executive, she was responsible for emerging market units, worked with a private equity firm to strategically position a business for sale, oversaw IT functions, and engaged with attorneys on a variety of matters. As a member of global management teams, Ms. Obbagy participated in strategic planning, governance, employee retention, and business ethics activities. Ms. Obbagy is the owner and founder of a certified woman-owned business enterprise focused on assisting private sector executives with ESG issues. She also is an Advisory Board Member to a startup company, Vice Chair for an economic development commission, and mentor to startup companies. Ms. Obbagy has completed board governance courses with NACD, the Goldman Sachs program for small businesses, and as the Executive Director for several nonprofits worked with their boards of directors on finance and strategy issues.
