OBO Movement

OBO is a movement to transform how we as a society do business, changing the focus from money to complete employee fulfillment -- and showing the world that when we do that, money actually comes to us. The movement is not anti-money or anti-materiality, it is simply recognizing that business today has become all about money. Human connection has been lost and as a result, we as a society are the most disconnected and unhappy we've probably ever been in history. OBO is changing all of that. By placing the importance of supporting individuals on their life journeys as the number one priority, we are reestablishing the sense of community and relationship in business. Said another way, we are changing the lens from "I," and "me," and "my," to "us." In just a few months since inception, The OBO Movement has hundreds of supporters and growing every day. We operate under the mantra of "radical inclusion" where everyone is welcome and considered an equal participant working toward the success of our vision.
