Founded in August 2019 and fully operational as of March 2020,
Obor21- Cooperativa țărănească cu livrare, promises to deliver weekly, the freshest and most authentic cuts of Romanian meat to its urban customers.
By introducing for the first time in Romania the concept of "meatbooking" we promise to deliver to our urban customers fresh cuts of beef, sheep or goat in no less than 72 hours from the animal’s sacrifice.
Sacrificed inside an EU certified slaughterhouse, vacuum packed right after, the meat is home delivered by a refrigerated courier with controlled temperature.
The animals are 100% grass feed, carefully raised by peasants from villages in North Moldova. The area is well known for their long tradition of rising animals, the only source of income for these families.
