The Observatory for Climate Change and Sustainable Development for Latin America “La Rábida-Huelva” scales the collective work under the framework of SDGs and climate change action, taking into account the different sectors and actors in Latin America and Europe working on this: Governments, Universities, Companies, Entrepreneurs, Multilateral Institutions, Cities, and Citizens.
