We’re a social purpose non-profit on a mission to support Black and racialized professionals across Canada as they lead with confidence, resilience, and purpose. Our bilingual digital platform (launching soon) will offer self-paced leadership courses, micro-learning tools, coaching, and a growing peer network, all designed to help professionals overcome systemic barriers and shape a more inclusive workplace and society. Founded by award-winning coach and facilitator Dominique Dennery, Obsidian exists because too many talented leaders are navigating systems not built with them in mind.
