Integrate-Healthcare Collective

Integrate is the first of its kind in Ottawa. We are a health care team consisting of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Naturopaths, Family Physicians, Yoga Teachers, and Pilates Instructors. We focus on healing both acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues, as well as on the prevention of recurrent injuries and the promotion of overall health. We aim to reduce pain and improve function by strategically blending Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Family Medicine, Active Release Techniques (ART), Acupuncture, Functional Dry Needling, Massage Therapy, and healthy home and workplace strategies. We currently provide our services from within our downtown Integrate clinic at the corner of Lewis and Cartier Streets (just east of Elgin Street). We are committed to providing Ottawa and the surrounding area with high quality injury, wellness and sport performance care. At Integrate, we believe that facilitating healthy, active behaviours is the key to healing and wellness.
