OCAK Restaurant A Fine Dining Experience Rooted in Turkish and Anatolian Cuisine Located on the ground floor of the Sirkeci Regie Ottoman Hotel, OCAK Restaurant has been offering the finest examples of Turkish and Anatolian Cuisine since 2021. Open every day from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, our restaurant has a maximum seating capacity of 50 people and operates a single seating system. We are proud to announce that under the leadership of Executive Chef Ömer Bozyap, OCAK Restaurant has been featured on the Michelin Guide recommended restaurants list since 2023. In addition, we were recently recognized as one of the Best Chef Restaurants in Turkey at the inaugural Gault & Millau awards. Being included in these two prestigious lists is a testament to the unique experience, quality, and flavor we offer, and it further solidifies the international recognition of our efforts and high standards.
