Direct Neurofeedback therapy, sometimes referred to as Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS), is a non-invasive, FDA-registered technology that measures electrical activity of the brain and sends back to the brain a microcurrent. That brief, imperceptible current resets the client’s autonomic nervous system and allows the brain to reorganize itself for optimal functioning.
