The Orange County Area Legal Recruitment Association (OCALRA) is a professional, non-profit organization comprised of legal recruitment and career development professionals from law firms, law schools and other related organizations in Orange County. OCALRA was founded in 2000 to promote the exchange of information amongst members by providing quarterly meetings with topical programs, and develop the image and reputation of legal recruitment professionals within the Orange County region. We fully support the goals and programs provided by NALP (National Association of Law Placement) and are committed to embracing and enhancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
