En 1968, André Serieys reprit l’entreprise de ferronnerie de son père et crée en 1989 la société OCCAMAT.
En 1993, OCCAMAT déménage dans la zone artisanale des Molinières entre Baraqueville et La Primaube au bord de la RD 888 sur un parc de 3.5 hectares.
En 1996, Alexandre Serieys rejoint son père et lance la gamme de matériel neuf.
Depuis 2009, l’entreprise OCCAMAT est dirigée par Alexandre SERIEYS. Par la suite, il diversifie son activité et commercialise le matériel forestier.
En 2017, développement du secteur forestier, OCCAMAT devient l’importateur exclusif sur tout l'hexagone des marques TAJFUN, BINDERBERGER, LASCO, AGRIDUARTE pour le sud de la France.
