Occupational Kinetics was founded in 1999 by Eric DeYoung as an ergonomics company focused on working with industry to help improve the worksite. In 2001 the company grew into a full service onsite industrial rehabilitation company called SafeWorks HealthCare. As the company grew and services were added Eric changed the company name to Occupational Kinetics in 2003 and began to service industries all over the United States.
In 2004 we added the brand “The Center For Alternative Medicines” to open our first center focusing on an integration of Eastern and Western Medicine. Over the years we have always focused on client education and personal wellness.
In May of 2008 we moved to our new location in Louisville, KY to open a 12,000 square foot wellness center that allows families and individuals to become well in their life. Upon our move into the new facility we were pleased to have Dr. Domenic Calouri move into the center and bring his business “Clinic 32 Dentistry” along with him. In April 2009 we added another brand to Occupational Kinetics, “The Pediatric Center For Natural Health”. The Pediatric Center has a state of the art sensory room and private treatment rooms to work with children and their families.
To allow us to provide homeopathic care and nutritional to a larger sector of the public we took over the wholesale division of Dr. Theresa Dale’s wellness product line and opened CAMNaturals.com in January 2008. We are in the process of opening “The Kentucky College of Natural Medicine”, which is the sister college of Dr. Theresa Dale’s “California College of Natural Medicine” in Santa Cruz, CA.
