OCD and Anxiety Support HK was established in January 2014 for individuals suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety Disorders (AD). Our Vision: To give individuals with OCD and AD the opportunity to lead the best life possible, to build a sense of community where OCD and AD sufferers have a voice to express how they feel and to reduce stigma associated with such disorders in Asia. Our Mission Statement: To support individuals and their families with OCD and AD. Our Objectives: - Running monthly support group meetings for those struggling with OCD and AD. - Raising community awareness through public education about OCD and AD in Hong Kong. - Providing resources about anxiety disorders, treatment and treatment providers in Hong Kong, U.K and the USA. - Offering individual and family psychoeducation and coaching.
