The merger of "OCEAN~CREST & TECNOPOWER" was a response to our current business model that needed adjustment after COVID19, and the Ukraine crisis created challenges. Our two platforms, "Brain Based Leadership" and "Clean Green Engineering", are the heart of our business. “Brain-Based Leadership” applies insights from neuroscience to improve leadership abilities. It examines how the brain functions in leading scenarios, showing methods that foster accountability and independence. This approach uses logical thinking to guide leadership behaviors that make a more effective and flexible management style. "Organizations fail to capture innovation because there is no effective way for the ideas to be shared and grown. Employees need someone to help with their thinking that is a think buddy". Teamwork serves as the exclusive cornerstone for constructing a thriving organization. United individuals are formidable, as those pulling apart are inevitably reduced to a "Aryabhata ZERO" . Low power supply and high demand have led to policies on using alternative sources and planning for energy security. "E-Mobility Smart Grid Smart City" is the way forward, as it shows cutting-edge technology. Our company wants to join this "Low Carbon Society" movement, as many countries are showing how this technology works.
