Ocean Office Park

Ocean Office Park is a complex of office and service buildings under construction at the junction of Klimeckiego and Nowohucka Streets in Krakow's Zabłocie district. This location provides direct access to public transport and an efficient connection to every district of the city, including quick access to the Market Square or Kazimierz with its full cultural and entertainment offer. The unusual architecture of the first stage of the complex refers directly to the name of the project - Ocean Office Park - drawing inspiration from the ocean. The façade of the investment is made using the "double skin" technology, which increases thermal and acoustic comfort inside the building and further enhances the visual qualities of the building. The overlapping layers of glass with a wavy cut line give the effect of lightness and association with the soft curves of ocean waves. The course of the folds above the main entrance is emphasised by specially designed lighting.
