Grade I listed Ocean Studios offers a unique, historic setting for your event or private function. Located in the historic Royal William Yard we can provide a bespoke personal service tailored to your requirements. We have a range of spaces available to hire, including the Yard's only indoor events space, depending on the type of event you are looking to host and our experienced and imaginative Events Team will work diligently to help deliver your event. All our spaces offer free WIFI and use of AV equipment. Our largest Event space, which can seat up to 120 guests or delegates, works well for conferences, parties, meetings and much more. Situated on the 1st floor with full disabled access the room offers a picturesque view over the Royal William Yard harbour. The adjacent Emerge space is a beautiful, inspiring setting for skill sharing and exploring creative practice. With the potential for workshops, exhibitions, forum’s… as long as the activity is creative we can offer heavily discounted room hire rates! We are also a proud member of Conference Plymouth. We offer a variety of menus using locally sourced ingredients, including breakfast, canape and buffet lunch options.
