OceanEyes Co., Ltd.

Ocean Eyes is fish tech venture company. Originally a research project led by the Academic Information Media Center of Kyoto University and the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC). Over the past 10 years, "FishTech" have been developed, including a technique to accurately predict oceanic conditions such as seawater temperature, flow direction, and flow velocity using ocean numerical models and data assimilation techniques, and a technique to estimate fishing grounds using deep learning and pattern analysis based on seawater temperature data and operation data observed by Earth observation satellites.
