I am a qualified registered (00983310) Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work to BACP’s ‘Ethical Framework for Counsellors’ and hold professional indemnity insurance. I hold a DBS certificate. I also attend regular professional development training courses to keep up to date with new and current practices and skills including; Working with young people, Mindfulness, Addiction, Anger Management, Anxiety, Autism, Bereavement, Coping Skills, Depression, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Self Esteem, Spirituality, Stress, ADHD, Autism, Mental Health. I am committed to continued professional development and regularly seek out opportunities for my own personal growth. As part of my professional practice I have my own counsellor to facilitate supervision of my professional practice.
