We provide optical coatings related design, consultation and fabrication services. During the startup, OCRICOM is utilizing Tampere University Photonics Laboratory Cleanroom Infrastructure, within the know-how of the founder and CEO DSc Reuna. The main system of interest is Cutting Edge Coatings Ion Beam Sputtering system (IBS), that provides top-notch quality coatings. Other relevant equipment include e-beam evaporators, PECVDs, ICP, RIE, AFM, spectrophotometer, and SEM. All the while the regular work progresses, we work constantly towards the goal of housing our own deposition systems and a characterization laboratory for strengthening the regional photonics industry and research capabilities.
