OCTIM Wytwórnia Octu i Musztardy (OCTIM Vinegars and Mustards) is a Polish producer of vinegars, mustards and ketchups. The company has its registered office in Olsztynek – a lovely town located in the Warmia-Mazury region among crystal-clear lakes and lavishly green meadows where since 1965 we have produced vinegars and mustards making the most of what the nature has to offer.
The company’s offer comprises over 40 products – natural flavored vinegars, among others, apple, wine, cider, malt, ecological and distilled, best-quality mustards with traditional and novel flavors, aromatic balsamic glazes and ketchups.
The quality and traditional recipes of OCTIM were recognized in 2015 by the International Taste and Quality Institute awarding apple vinegar and sarepta mustard with the prestigious Superior Taste Award. The distinction is granted based on a blind test conducted by chefs and sommeliers who are opinionforming leaders and experts in taste.
