OCTO-M Technologies

We develop technologies to monitor and maintain the integrity of aquatic ecosystems. We are a team of specialists in mechanical, mechatronics, and materials engineering. The problem of microplastics is a catastrophic environmental hazard that has motivated us to develop solutions to better understand the problem and propose solutions for the future. Our first project is the development of a sensor to map and characterize microplastics in bodies of water.
