I graduated from CSULB in 2007 with a B.S in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Science! I own my own personal training business in OC and I also have on online training/nutritional business. I love my job and would say it is probably the best job in the world. I am bettering people's lives everyday and they are bettering mine! I do private and semi-private training, I also have online diet/training available!
