The Company was jointly incorporated by OES and Valaris plc (former Ensco) with the aim of deploying and operating offshore drilling assets in Nigeria. OES Energy Services Limited (“OESL”) is the leading and largest indigenous provider of swamp drilling rig services to exploration and production companies operating in Nigeria, with a track record of safe and efficient service delivery. OESL has been providing services to the Nigerian upstream sector for more than 10 years.
