Odevco Corporation is a Silicon Valley based, commercial real estate firm, that specializes in investment, development, and asset management of Bay Area commercial properties. We are locally born and raised, with real world experience in property management, brokerage, development, construction, and lending. From boutique private equity, to the largest multinational and institutional players, our experience encompasses all facets of real estate in Silicon Valley for the past 30 yrs. Outlook: We target mid-sized, well located office, R&D, and light industrial properties that are underutilized, and positioned for growth through the next 10-20 yrs. We like product that others might overlook or find challenging, and we underwrite our deals to succeed over the long term. Anyone can make money during the upcycle. The ability to make money in the lean years, to manage debt and capital investment, to optimize vacancy and lease rolls, and to know when to take risk, and when to avoid it- is what sets us apart. We treat everyone we work with as a partner. From investors to tenants, banks to contractors, we are committed to honest and fair dealing, and financial gain for everyone. Because of this, we are fortunate to have a wide range of partners and dealmakers we call friends. Opportunity: We are always interested in new opportunities. From property acquisitions to tenant specific builds, notes, entitlements, and financing; where there is a need, there is an opportunity. We are interested. We generally use our own money, as it affords a level of speed & precision that we prefer, but we are open to complementary partnerships and outside investment when the goals are aligned. We do not offer fee based asset management, but would consider a joint venture situation. We welcome all opportunities, but caution that we are extremely selective.
