Welcome to Odgers Sweden's page! Odgers is an international executive search firm with around 60 offices in 32 countries around the globe. After almost 60 years in Sweden, Odgers is a recognized leader in the executive search community and together with our Nordics colleagues in Denmark and Finland, we have a strong presence in the region. Today, the Stockholm office has 13 employees, including four Partners and two Assignment Managers. Our highly experienced team offers in-depth coverage of all sectors. One of our main strengths is that we combine global practices with local expertise in each country. Odgers provides services to leading organizations with all kinds of owners. Our business concept is to work with executive search for top-level management positions and for non-executive board members, as well as with management assessment. We work in long-term client relationships that give us knowledge and a deep understanding of our client’s business, culture, current situation, and strategic direction. Across our global network, we draw on our experience, expertise and contacts to deliver the best possible search. We build teams combining sector, function, and regional knowledge with the client's best interests in mind. Partners, Assignment Managers, and Research Consultants collaborate across borders and help one another, which is one of the main reasons our clients consistently tell us that our culture is what sets us apart. Many of our clients work with us repeatedly, and approximately 75 percent of our recruitment assignments come from previous clients. One distinguishing feature is that we focus not only on the client but also on the candidates. Another aspect is our well-established process for ensuring diversity and the thoroughness with which we address this during our search work.
