The ODISSEE (Online Data Intensive Solutions for Science in the Exabytes Era) project, funded by the European Union, brings together 14 partners and 2 associate partners to develop innovative technologies and methodologies to process the unprecedented volume of scientific data produced by research infrastructures such as CERN's HL-LHC and SKAO. On-the-fly AI data processing is a major challenge in the physical sciences, and SLICES RI is uniquely equipped to address it. By leveraging the European HPC ecosystem, ODISSEE is ushering in a new era for science, helping to unlock fundamental mysteries such as the nature of dark matter.
