Formerly named ODinLA and centered around the Los Angeles Metro, our member community expanded with the advent of widespread remote work. In this new evolution, we continue to carry ODinLA's rich history of sharing freely, organizing for the purpose of learning, and building a connected and engaged community. Our members host monthly events on various topics ranging from proven methodologies to emerging tools to leading practices for managing a successful OD organization. We have 1000+ members, welcoming everyone from aspiring students and practitioners to our most seasoned experts.
