We provide Old Dominion University students, alumni and their families with exceptional academically and professionally related employment and leadership services. The Center for Career & Leadership Development offers the Career Advantage Program to students, the Alumni Advantage Program for graduates and alumni and Recruiting Advantage Partnerships to employers. Additionally, we provide experiential learning and leadership development skills to students through Leadership Programs, Living-Learning Communities, and Service Learning Programs.
