About ODU Center for Career & Leadership Development
We provide Old Dominion University students, alumni and their families with exceptional academically and professionally related employment and leadership services. The Center for Career & Leadership Development offers the Career Advantage Program to students, the Alumni Advantage Program for graduates and alumni and Recruiting Advantage Partnerships to employers. Additionally, we provide experiential learning and leadership development skills to students through Leadership Programs, Living-Learning Communities, and Service Learning Programs. Our career development programs consist of: * Career Exploration * Resume Writing * Cover Letter Writing * Job Search Strategies * Networking * Interviewing * Evaluating a Job Offer Leadership Development opportunities include, but are not limited to: *First-Year Summer Institute (FSI) *Emerging Monarchs *First-Year Living Learning Communities (LLC) *Monarch Volunteer Program (MVP) *Monarch Pantry -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Old Dominion University is Virginia's forward-focused, public doctoral research university for high-performing students from around the world who want a rigorous academic experience in a fast-paced and profoundly multi-cultural community.
