ODU WIN (Women’s Initiative Network) was co-founded in 2014 by ODU First Lady Emeritus Kate Broderick and ODU Board of Visitors Emeritus Pam Kirk as a way to support University women. Today, WIN does that through mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for growth. We engage with students around three pillars: education, community, and networking.
