The O’Dwyer Accreditation team combines the expertise of Cathy O’Dwyer, Rachel Knight and Paul Huysing.
Company founder Cathy has worked in laboratory accreditation and quality management since 1992 (ISO 17025 and ISO 15189) and is known for her practical knowledge and helpful approach to laboratories having difficulty meeting requirements or wanting to improve their performance.
Rachel provides a unique view for laboratories seeking or requiring help to maintain accreditation. She has strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Auditing, Complaints and Corrective Action systems, and is known as ‘the friendliest quality person’ by her clients.
Paul is a strong believer in management systems simplifying laboratory life and has enhanced various management systems, most notably transforming neglected paper-based systems into fully digital workflows and training teams to thrive in new environments.
