Organisation for European Expertise and Communications

Organisation for European Expertise and Communications (OEEK) is a women-led non-profit non-governmental organization committed to strengthening civil society by providing capacity-building programs, expert support, and sustainable solutions. Our journey as a civil society organization began in Belarus in 2011, and we remain connected to our roots, believing that Belarusian experience and expertise are an integral part of European culture. Currently, we are based in Poland but work with a diverse range of partners from the Eastern Partnership countries and the EU. We aim to develop a diverse, strong civil society through strengthening the capacity of individuals, communities and civil society organizations.
