OFCEA-UAE

OFCEA - Overseas Filipino Civil Engineers Association. Founded in 1997 at the Emirates of Dubai which was accredited by the Philippine General Consulate of Dubai and the Philippine Embassy. For more than two decades, OFCEA welcomes all Filipinos across the United Arab Emirates who are practicing Civil Engineering by profession. The group also embraces the diversity of this current era to affiliate members who are associated with the construction industry. The organization recorded more than 2300 membership and aided them to become competent architects and engineers.
