Off Market - Uncommon investments

After several years of following a classic investment strategy—performant but somewhat monotonous—I opened the door to a world whose vastness I had underestimated: exotic investments. Far from the world of finance and trading floors, there is a hive of enthusiasts and collectors of rare, tangible, and valuable assets. For a long time, only wealthy investors dared venture alongside these specialists. Indeed, while almost anyone can afford a watch, very few have access to those models from renowned watchmakers whose rarity drives up prices in the secondary market. Each of these worlds holds fascinating stories, a wealth of craftsmanship, and heritage. I decided to dedicate part of my monthly savings to this exploration. I learned, tested, and found ways to gain exposure to these assets at various levels—10 €, 100 €, 1,000 €, 10,000 €. These experiences, sometimes successful, sometimes rich with lessons, allowed me to accumulate far more than just numbers. Off Market was born from this journey. Our primary goal is to document these uncommon investments and share our learnings. Then, we want to show how anyone can gain exposure to these different categories of assets, according to their means. Each article is crafted with rigor and method, aiming for total transparency about the results of our operations and our satisfaction with the platforms we use.
