Off The Ball Pathways is dedicated to providing opportunities and guidance for both amateur and professional soccer players to advance in their careers and fullfil their potential both on and off the field. Created by current college soccer players, all three of the founding members of Off The Ball Pathways are able to relate and understand the current complexities around being a collegiate and professional soccer player. Our team is made up of people who are extremely well connected within both the college and professional soccer industry. We are dedicated to empowering athletes to achieve their goals both on and off the pitch and becoming the best version of themselves.
