Off the Record - Twickenham (OTR) is a charity for young people aged 11 - 24, in Richmond Borough, which aims to create resourcefulness and independence in young people by providing dedicated youth services; counselling, drop-in information and a sexual health service. We believe that providing early help prevents future cost and suffering. Our services respond to the needs of young people. The counsellors that work at OTR are all volunteers with evidence-based counselling qualifications. We hold the Department of Health "You're Welcome" quality mark for excellence in young people's health services.
