With the use of Physiotherapist, we have designed a dynamic algorithm where we collect your Gender, Your working hours, profession and your working position. With this data, we analyse the first set of exercises/stretches we would give you on a daily basis. Added with a set of ISOMETRIC Exercises and Specific exercises of Pain area you have. A process (algorithm) is then applied with a certain set of rules to give you only 4 exercises a day while you are at work.
