Officer

The product range is smoked cod liver, and non smoked cod liver, as well as a number of specialty types of canned cod liver (with lemon, with espalette and with different salt types). We also manufacture and sell canned cod liver paté, and furthermore, we produce and market soft cod roe. Officer is distributing the canned cod liver all around the world, and have a large segment of the private label market. The activities in Denmark were sold in 2019, and now Officer is mainly focusing on the canned cod liver market, including cod liver paté and various other paté based on Icelandic raw material. All raw material used for our production is entirely based on local fresh wild raw material.
