Moving Minds is the UK’s first platform dedicated to fostering mental well-being and personal growth for architecture students and professionals. Founded in May 2021 by Mamuna Rashid, an award-winning architect, we provide an inclusive, thought-provoking space through our podcast, consultancy, and editorial discussions. Our mission is to challenge the status quo of the built environment industry, celebrating change-makers, and inspiring the next generation to foster empathy and bravery within their profession.
